Reviews and content policy

Who can review

Only a customer who booked a professional through Nnoboa can review them, once per booking. Reviews from jobs confirmed through job codes are marked “Verified job”.

What a review must be

• Honest, about your own experience of that job.
• Free of insults, threats, hate speech or discrimination.
• Free of personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or ID numbers.
• Not paid for, swapped, or written by the professional, their family, staff or competitors.

Photos and profiles

Photos must be your own work or used with permission, must not show people without their permission, and must not be misleading, explicit or violent. Profiles must not contain false claims, other businesses’ names or logos, or contact details placed to get around our features.

How we moderate

We may check reviews before they are published, and we may hide reviews or remove content that breaks this policy. We do not remove honest negative reviews just because a professional disagrees; professionals can reply politely instead.

Report a review or content

If you think a review or photo breaks this policy, contact us with a link and the reason. We aim to look at reports within 3 to 5 working days.
