Delete your account yourself

Log in on the Nnoboa app or website.
In the app, go to Me › Delete my account. On the website, go to Account settings › Delete account.
Enter your password to confirm.

Cannot log in?

Contact us from the phone number or email on your account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you and delete it within 21 days.

What is deleted

Your name, email, password and phone number are removed from your account, and you are logged out everywhere.
For professionals: your listing is taken down, and your verification documents and Mobile Money details are deleted.
Saved professionals and app notification tokens are deleted.

What we keep, and why

Records of bookings, payments to us and complaints are kept without your name for up to 6 years for accounting, legal and dispute reasons. Published reviews may stay, shown as from a deleted user. See our privacy policy.

Professionals: unused plan time is not refunded when you delete your account, except as set out in the refund policy.
