1. What we do

Nnoboa is an online platform that connects customers with independent service professionals. We are not a party to the agreement between a customer and a professional, and professionals are not our employees.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your password secret. One person or business per account. We may suspend accounts that are fake, misleading or abusive.

3. Professionals

You are responsible for your work, your prices, any licences you need, and for describing your services honestly. You may only upload photos of your own work.

4. Reviews

Reviews must be honest and based on a real job. We may hide reviews that are abusive, fake or contain personal information.

5. Verification

Badges show only what we checked at the time. They are not a guarantee or endorsement of any professional's work.

6. Paid features

Paid plans, featured listings and lead credits, when offered, are described on the pricing page. Sponsored listings are labelled. Payments are processed by Paystack.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, conduct or pricing of professionals. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Ghanaian consumer protection law.
